Scope and operator
This policy covers vervecopilot.us and meeting invitations at meet.vervecopilot.us. The operator's identity, actual address, and privacy contact are provided alongside this policy. It describes the website, not the separate desktop application. The website does not provide video calls or make or store meeting recordings.
Information we handle
Invitation records can contain the host's name and avatar, guest's name, meeting topic, date, time, timezone, duration, and invitation link. Administrators supply and manage these records in the website's local SQLite database. Contact submissions store your name, email address, and message in SQLite for the administrative inbox. Do not include passwords, financial details, health information, or other sensitive information in a contact message or meeting topic.
Operational logs may contain your IP address, browser or user-agent information, request time, and requested URL, including an invitation URL. Administrative authentication and essential preference cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. Converting meeting times to your device's local time happens in your browser without transmitting your device timezone to us.
Why information is used
Information is used to display and manage invitations, provide calendar downloads, respond to messages, authenticate administrators, maintain the website, and investigate misuse or failures. There is no newsletter signup, website payment processing, advertising, analytics tracking, or third-party embedded content or remotely loaded fonts.
Invitation confidentiality and downloads
Invitation links are unguessable but publicly accessible to anyone who obtains the complete URL; they are not a guest login or identity check. A recipient can view invitation details and forward or copy them. Keep links confidential and ask the organizer to cancel an exposed invitation. Exported calendar files create separate copies subject to your calendar provider's practices.
Downloads require your action. An installer may be hosted here or at an external destination. Following an external link exposes your request to that destination under its own policies. Application permissions, recordings, and meeting data are governed separately; this policy makes no promises about the application's handling of them.
Access, retention, and your requests
Authorized administrators can access stored records. Hosting and maintenance providers may process information needed to operate the website; disclosures may also be necessary under applicable law. Retention is administrator-configurable: consult the retention information published alongside this policy rather than assuming an automatic deletion deadline.
Use the published privacy contact to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a concern. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, and identity verification may be needed. No internet service or invitation link is guaranteed secure. Material changes to this policy will be published here.
