Use the website responsibly
This policy applies to visitors, invitation recipients, and administrators using vervecopilot.us and meet.vervecopilot.us. Use the website only for lawful purposes and within your authorization. Do not use invitations, host profiles, or messages to impersonate another person, falsely claim affiliation, mislead recipients, commit fraud, threaten or harass anyone, or distribute unlawful material.
Respect privacy and invitation confidentiality
Submit names, avatars, contact information, and meeting details only when you have the necessary authority and rights. Do not place passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data in contact messages or invitation topics. Do not use the contact form for spam, unsolicited bulk promotion, or abusive messages.
Treat a full invitation URL as confidential access information. Invitations can be viewed without a guest login by anyone who possesses the link. Do not publish links, enumerate or guess invitation codes, collect guests' details, or redistribute invitation content without authorization. Receive a link in error? Avoid forwarding it and notify the organizer or website contact.
Protect the service and administrative access
Do not bypass authentication, misuse another administrator's session, exploit vulnerabilities, upload malicious material, interfere with other users, or overwhelm the website with disruptive requests. Do not scrape or aggregate personal invitation data. Security testing requires the operator's prior authorization; this policy does not establish an unrestricted testing or vulnerability reward program.
Administrators must safeguard credentials, keep invitation details accurate, respect cancellation requests within their authority, and access contact submissions only for legitimate operational purposes. Do not configure installer links to deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized software.
Separate application responsibilities
The website does not conduct or record meetings. Follow the separate application's terms and permission controls when joining. Obtain any participant permission required by applicable law before recording or otherwise capturing a meeting; a website invitation is not recording consent. This policy does not describe or guarantee the application's privacy or recording behavior.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse or an exposed invitation through the operator's published contact details. Include only the information needed to investigate, and avoid redistributing private meeting details. Where warranted, the operator may cancel invitations, restrict access, remove submitted content, or investigate suspected misuse, subject to applicable law. This does not promise continuous monitoring or a particular response time. Legal reporting or preservation duties may also apply.
