A little help.
A smoother hello.
Get ready for your meeting without the guesswork.
Your invitation
Where do I find my invitation?
Your organizer sends a personal link on meet.vervecopilot.us. Open the exact link they shared or paste your code into Join a meeting. There is no public meeting directory.
Which time zone should I use?
Your invitation shows the organizer’s date, time, and timezone. Below it, your browser also shows the time on your own device. Check your device’s timezone settings if that doesn’t look right.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Reply to the person who sent your invitation. Only your organizer can update or cancel it. Reopen the invitation to see their latest changes; an already imported calendar event won’t update automatically.
Install on your computer
Meetings open in the desktop app, not in the invitation webpage. Downloading and installing always require your action.

- Check the source. Open your personal invitation or the download page. Check the displayed publisher and platform.
- Download the right installer. Choose Windows or macOS. If the download is hosted externally, its destination is identified below the button.
- Install normally. Follow the instructions provided by the application publisher. Don’t bypass Windows SmartScreen, macOS Gatekeeper, antivirus warnings, or other operating-system protections.
- Open the app. Allow camera and microphone access only when the app asks and you intend to use them. The website itself doesn’t request those permissions.
From invitation to hello
How do I join?
Return to your personal invitation at the scheduled time and choose “Open desktop app,” if app linking is available. Your browser may ask permission to open the installed app. The desktop app handles the actual meeting connection.
Can I join from my phone or browser?
This experience uses the Windows or macOS desktop app. You can view your invitation on a phone, but you’ll need a supported computer to install the app and join.
Does the invitation page turn on my camera?
No. The website blocks camera and microphone access. Any recording or application permissions must be handled separately and clearly in the desktop app. Receiving an invitation is not consent to be recorded.
If something isn’t working
The app doesn’t open from the invitation.
Check that the app is installed and that your browser allows it to open meeting links. If app linking isn’t configured, ask the host for instructions. Don’t try an unfamiliar program or protocol suggested by a third party.
The meeting was cancelled or has ended.
A cancelled or past invitation no longer offers a join button. Contact your organizer for the next steps or a new invitation.
The download isn’t published or is blocked.
Don’t turn off device protections. Ask your organizer or the software publisher for an available, correctly signed installer. An unpublished download does not mean there is a problem with your computer.
The invitation isn’t found.
Check that you copied the full link. It may have been removed or expired under the operator’s retention settings. Ask your organizer to resend or create an invitation.
